An Australian man who jumped across a fence and reached for Hollywood star Ariana Grande has been expelled and banned from Singapore.
The individual, aged 26, was sentenced to over a week in prison for causing a public disturbance and has now been "prohibited from returning to Singapore," Singaporean immigration authorities told local media.
He forced his way through camera crews and charged at the performer and artist, who was participating in the regional launch for the musical adaptation on 13 November. Fellow actress Cynthia Erivo wrestled him away from Grande.
Wen has a history of causing disturbances at events and celebrity events, including jumping on stage at the pop star's Australian show in the past June.
The incident sparked outrage in Singapore, with numerous people accusing him of causing further distress to the star.
The singer has spoken of suffering from PTSD after a explosive incident at her performance in the English city in May 2017 resulted in the deaths of over twenty people and affected hundreds.
Throughout the court proceedings, the judge was informed he had attempted to intrude on the film's premiere multiple times, according to regional reports.

The co-star discussed the situation to a media outlet, saying that she "only aimed to make sure my colleague was safe."
"I think he had no intention to us harm, but you never know with those things, and I aimed to confirm that she was alright. That was my first instinct," she commented.
